The Interior
Villa Cassandra is a recently built property distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor we find:
-a spacious and bright living room with TV; wood fireplace; sofa; coffee table, a comfortable and large dining table with chairs;
-a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and espresso machine;
-2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower;
-1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The external staircase leads to the first floor where there are:
-a room with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people and a private bathroom with shower.
Villa Cassandra is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The Outside
Recently built, villa Cassandra is located just a few steps from the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo in Ispica.
On the ground floor, the large French window opens onto the beautiful porch, where there are: a dining table with chairs, a rocking chair and a relaxation area with sofas. In the porch you will spend pleasant evenings with your family and friends.
Next to the main structure, a dependence houses the fantastic outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with barbecue; wood-burning fireplace; sink; kitchenette with 4 burners. In the dependence there is a bathroom with shower, ideal for cooling off during a long afternoon by the pool.
The dependence directly overlooks the pool area. In the large, paved solarium area you will find sun loungers, parasols and tables at your disposal.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
The rental price does not include:
final cleaning € 200,00 (to be paid upon booking); extra bed (more than 8 people) € 350,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night (children under 10 years old exempted) (to be paid before arrival by pre-authorization on credit card). Pets are not allowed.
