There are no listing fees for the publication of your property, only a commission on bookings that we do.
The commission is necessary in order to provide you with the best service, handle the bookings and assist both guests and owners. The commission is agreed during the contract stage, the price shown to guests at the time of booking already includes our commission.
For us at Anita Villas, the safety and peace of mind of our owners comes first. This is why we offer an insurance policy in the event of any damage caused by guests during their stay. The insurance will reimburse you for the cost of replacing or repairing any property that has been damaged by guests during their stay.

The Anita Villas rental policy states that the guest may cancel the booking free of charge up to 60 days prior to the start of the stay in order to encourage bookings. This is because we understand that it is not easy for the owner to find new guests in such a short time.
