The Interior
The property can accommodate up to 8 people and is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The villa is set out on two floors.
On the ground floor of Villa Monica there is a large kitchen with: TV; fridge; oven; freezer; dishwasher; toaster; microwave and coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, crockery and dining table. Also on the ground floor there is a living room with TV, sofa and coffee table; 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and two bathrooms with shower.
Going up the comfortable internal stairs, we reach the first floor where we find 2 rooms with 1 single bed, on request it is possible to transform the two single rooms into double rooms. On this floor there is also a further bathroom with shower.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and Wi-Fi.
The Outside
Outside Villa Monica there is a large veranda with a spacious table, where you can enjoy a wonderful outdoor lunch overlooking the pool. The pool area is paved and fully equipped for relaxing. In the sunbathing area there are sun loungers for guests'use. In addition, there is a beautiful gazebo with a table, sofas and armchairs to organise amazing aperitifs by the pool. There is also a large 3-seater rocking chair in the pool area, perfect for relaxing during sunny afternoons.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
The rental price does not include:
final cleaning € 200,00 (to be paid upon booking); extra bed (more than 6 people) € 30,00 per night; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 2,00 per person per night (children under 14 years old exempted) (to be paid before arrival by pre-authorization on credit card). Pets are not allowed.

Position

Just a 10-minute drive from Villa Monica is the enchanting village of Scicli. This Sicilian municipality is the set of a famous television drama.
Scicli has much to offer, numerous churches and historical buildings of great interest.
From Villa Monica you can easily reach Ragusa, which is 20 km away. Ragusa is full of wonders to be discovered: the whole town is an expression of the Sicilian Baroque style; the elegance of the city will captivate, you will stroll through its narrow streets and take wonderful photos among its monuments and incredible views.
