The Interior
The villa opens with an open space, which includes a modern living room with a sofa, glass coffee table and armchairs. Here you can also find a wood-burning fireplace and a TV for the entertainment of all guests.
In the living area there is also the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster and espresso machine.
From the living area you can go to the three bedrooms, consisting of: one double room with a private bathroom with shower; one double room and one twin room with two single beds. In addition, there is a further bathroom with shower.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and Wi-Fi.
The Outside
Villa Eleonora is perfect for experiencing a dream holiday in Sicily.
A large glass door leads to the outside of the villa, where there is a spacious veranda equipped with every comfort.
The pergola covers the outdoor area where you will find the outdoor kitchen with dining table and the relaxation area with sofa, rocking chair and armchairs.
The large garden surrounds the beautiful swimming pool, which is in a perfect position to admire the sea. The pool with Roman staircase can be illuminated at night.
The pool area is paved and equipped with deckchairs for guests' use.
Only 30 metres from the gate of the villa you reach the sea, with crystal-clear waters. From here you can easily enter the water to fully enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.

The rental price does not include:

Position
A trip to Modica includes a stroll through the town's narrow streets and alleys and discovering the many churches and Baroque palaces for which the town is famous.
Finally, a visit to the area's numerous confectionery workshops, where the famous Modica chocolate is the basis for delicious sweets and specialities such as the famous mpanatigghie, cannot be missed. These are the traditional biscuits of Modica, whose uniqueness lies in the combination of chocolate and beef, a 'secret' ingredient imperceptible to taste, within the dough.
Finally, a visit to the city of Ragusa, just 35 km away, is a must. Other places to mark in your diary are Scicli, Marzamemo and Noto, the latter also known as the Capital of Baroque.
