The Interior

Villa Gemma is an ancient farmhouse, located in Taviano (LE). The original core of the structure dates back to the early 1700s. The owners have renovated the property by adding new spaces, all work has been carried out to preserve the old charm of the house and with respect for its long history.
The property consists of three double bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a living area with a sofa bed for 2 persons and 4 bathrooms with shower.
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with: TV; double bed; private bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool.
The property is air-conditioned.

The Outside

Villa Gemma is surrounded by the Salento countryside. Among olive trees and Mediterranean plants, Villa Gemma's beautiful swimming pool stands out. In the middle of the pool there is a large palm tree. The pool area is paved and equipped with deckchairs for guests' use.
Outside the villa, a pergola shelters the portico. There is a large dining table seating 15 and overlooks the pool area. On the first floor there is a large panoramic terrace, accessible by an external staircase. On the terrace there is a wrought iron table. The terrace is the ideal place to relax while sipping an aperitif and enjoying the wonderful view.
The garden is completely fenced.
Villa Gemma has parking on the property.

fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; heating; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 100,00; extra bed (more than 6 people) € 28,56 per night; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Villa Gemma is located in Taviano, a small town in the Gulf of Gallipoli. Taviano is one of the most popular destinations in Salento for those who are looking for relax on holiday. Just 7 km from Villa Gemma there is the beach of Punta della Suina. Surrounded by spontaneous Mediterranean scrub and a lush pine forest, Punta della Suina has two bays of fine golden sand and an islet not far from the coast. From Villa Gemma it is possible to visit the most beautiful parts of Salento. Gallipoli, one of the most popular destinations thanks to its golden beaches and cheerful life, is only 15 minutes away from Taviano. Then, 35 km from Villa Gemma you will reach Leuca, the southernmost point of the Salento; you will be fascinated by its natural landscapes and architectural beauty. From Taviano you can also organise a visit to the capital, Lecce.
