The Interior
In the main building we find the sleeping area, while the living area is located in the loft.
The owners have carefully transformed the villa respecting the original character of the pre-existing architecture. In fact, they have preferred combinations of raw and natural materials, such as stone floors, while the ceiling has been maintained in chestnut wood, so as to allow a certain continuity between the indoor and outdoor areas.
The loft has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and blender and a living area with sofa, armchairs and TV.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. There are also two bathrooms with shower.
A further double bedroom is located in the loft where there are a double bed; a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a bathroom with shower.
The neat and essential furnishings create a warm and comfortable environment.
The owners occasionally live in the adjoining house and will be, if guests wish, at their disposal for any advice or primary needs.
The Outside
The villa is immersed in the vegetation of the Mediterranean maquis. Guests will not forget the pleasant smell of the citrus grove with which the house is surrounded.
Its outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of guests.
The pool equipped with sun loungers is perfect for spending pleasant moments of relaxation in the open air.
The patio has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven, a relaxation area with sofas and a large table where you can have lunch together

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned proprety equipped with linen and towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
The rental price does not include:
extra bed (more than 9 people) € 180,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.
Penalty for compulsory separate waste collection (not done or done incorrectly and/or waste not disposed of in the recycling area near the villa): € 50,00
Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 300,00
Check-In: from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

Position
