The Interior
Villa Serena is built on two floors, with the entrance giving way to a large living area that is very bright thanks to the large windows that are located on the main wall. This living area includes a small living room, containing a large sofa and a TV, and an open space dining room, which includes an elegant glass table and chairs.
On this floor you can find another sitting room, which includes some beautiful, green, antique style armchairs that make an incredible contrast with the rest of the modern style of the villa. The kitchen is completely equipped with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine to make espresso.
This floor is also comprised of two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower.
The first floor, which you can access through a staircase that is located in the living area of the villa, includes another double bedroom with private bathroom and a room with two single beds, that also has a private bathroom with shower.
The entire structure is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The Outside
Villa Serena is surrounded entirely by a large garden with a green lawn, which also has night illumination, which makes it possible for guests to enjoy the quiet summer evenings even from the outside.
The beautiful swimming pool can be found at the back of the property and this area also includes a gazebo with a small outdoor kitchen, a dining area with table and chairs, and several deckchairs that are located by the pool.
In the property, there is also a covered parking area for the exclusive use of guests.

The rental price does not include:
final cleaning € 300,00 (to be paid upon booking); extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 2,00 per person per night (children under 14 years old exempted) (to be paid before arrival by pre-authorization on credit card). Pets are not allowed.

Position
Modica, in particular, is a beautiful baroque town found in the Val di Noto, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002. The historic center of the city is now divided into two neighborhoods, Modica Alta and Modica Bassa: walking through these neighborhoods means getting lost in a maze of narrow streets, alleys and long stairs, and you will be stunned by the late Baroque palaces and majestic churches, such as the Cathedral of San Giorgio and the Church of San Pietro.
In the area surrounding Modica a number of natural areas and points of interest can be found, such as the Quarry of Ispica, which contains evidence of countless different eras, from the Sicilian grottoes dating back to the Bronze Age, to the Christian catacombs used in the fifth century AD to the remains of the Byzantine church of St. Pancrati.
For those who want to relax by the beach, no more than 18 kilometres from Villa Serena you can find the beautiful golden beaches of Marina di Modica and Maganuco, which, with their crystal clear waters and shallow sandy seabed, are suitable for a relaxing holiday for the whole family.
Finally, a visit to the city of Ragusa, the capital of this beautiful region of Sicily, is not to be missed. Particularly charming is the Ibleo Garden, in which there is a terrace overlooking the beautiful panorama of the valley that surrounds the historic centre, and from which you can also see the magnificent view of the Ibei mountains in the distance.
