Water temperature of the heated pool: during the summer months (21 June – 23 September), the water temperature can reach a maximum of 28°C; at other times of the year, the heating system allows the water temperature to be raised by 2–3°C above the average seasonal outdoor temperature.

This villa is located in the Marche countryside, overlooking the hills and the surrounding small villages.
The garden, surrounded by trees and hedges, offers privacy and quietness and is the ideal place to spend pleasant days outdoors.
Here you will find the heated swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs, a 6-seater hot tub and sofas for complete relaxation in nature.
Near the pool there is also a paved area shaded by a shade sail with tables and chairs, barbecue and wood oven, where you can eat comfortably outdoors.
A ping-pong is also available to guests.
The villa has 1 charging point for electric cars.
