- The maximum number of adults that can be accommodated at the property is 14 adults.
- On request it is possible to rent an additional double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower located in the building next to the villa, not included in the rental price (price on request).
- Bookings for youth groups are subject to approval.

The villa is surrounded by a wide park shaded by centuries-old trees, flowered bushes, scented vines and many lemon and olive trees.
Placed on the lawn there is the big pool, covered with precious decorated mosaic.
The pool is fully fenced and is provided with Roman steps and an area suitable for children.
The wide solarium area, equipped with loungers, parasols and gazebo, is connected to the villa by stone walkways.
In the pool area, in an above-ground position, there is also a Jacuzzi for 4 people.

The property is made up of adjacent housing units. In one of these there is the home of the owners, very kind and friendly, who will ensure the maximum privacy during your stay.
