Villa Fufi combines warmth and refinement: the wooden and terracotta interiors create a welcoming atmosphere, while the spacious rooms make everything extremely comfortable. The panoramic swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, is one of the most evocative features of the villa. The porch overlooking the garden and the rooms with private bathrooms offer a peaceful stay. To complete the experience, you can treat yourself to a tasting of the typical ‘Lacrima di Morro d'Alba’ wine in the cellar and enjoy a pleasant walk in the villages of Arcevia, Serra De' Conti and Piticchio.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; air conditioning; pool and garden maintenance; use of heated pool.
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 200,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 35,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation (full refund) up to 30 days before check-in.

The villa is surrounded by a wide garden where there is the swimming pool located in a panoramic and private position and equipped with loungers and parasols. There is also the possibility for the pool to be heated.
At the side of the villa, a charming porch with view on the garden and on the pool is equipped with sofas to enjoy moments of absolute relaxation during summer days and with a table for outdoor dining. Near the pool there is a canopy surrounded by flowers.
For cars there is a car park on the back of the villa.
