Surrounded by cultivated fields and rolling hills, the villa offers the privacy and tranquillity typical of the Marche countryside, while allowing easy access to nearby towns and to the golden beaches of Civitanova Marche and the nearby seaside resorts.
The villa enjoys a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding hills, which are dotted with picturesque villages and historic hamlets, and the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains can be seen on the horizon.
The large garden surrounding the villa is spread over two levels, connected by a stone path, and offers guests a well-kept and pleasant green setting, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The path leads to the area that houses the beautiful swimming pool.
The salt-purified pool has an area with hydro-massage seats and is equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, providing a cosy and private corner of pure relaxation. This is the perfect place to spend hot summer days and enjoy the sun in the tranquillity of nature.
On the upper level of the garden stands the villa, with a patio furnished with comfortable armchairs, perfect for relaxing, enjoying an aperitif and admiring the sunset over the Sibillini Mountains on clear evenings. A gazebo equipped with a table and chairs is located nearby and provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining, offering stunning views of the pool and the surrounding hills. There is also a gas barbecue for organising enjoyable outdoor dinners.
In the part of the garden behind the house, children can play football and volleyball and have fun together in the open air. There is also a table tennis table and a trampoline for additional entertainment.
The property is completely fenced off and accessed by an automatic gate. There is also a private car parking area with a charging station for electric vehicles.
