The main house extends over two levels and is connected by an internal staircase.
The ground floor consists of:
- a large open-plan area comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV, sofas and dining tables that can seat up to 14 people. A large French door brightens up the room and leads to the outdoor dining area overlooking the pool;
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each;
- one bedroom with 2 single beds;
- 2 bathrooms with shower.

The internal staircase in the building's atrium leads to the first floor, where there are:
- a large open-plan area including a living room with a TV, a dining table and sofas. There is also a second, fully equipped kitchen here. From the living area, you can access a balcony with a panoramic view of the pool;
- a bedroom with a double bed, which also has a balcony;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- 2 bathrooms with shower;
- a utility room with a washing machine for guests' use.
The detached outbuilding is accessible from the garden and is ideal for those seeking more privacy. It consists of an open-plan room featuring:
- a double bed;
- an equipped kitchenette, a TV, and a dining table;
- a bathroom with shower.
Villa Lina is equipped with a floor cooling system. It also has a modern home automation system that allows you to easily and intuitively manage the main functions of the house, as well as an external video surveillance system and an alarm system.
Enjoying a splendid panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and hills, Villa Lina offers a peaceful setting that is perfect for a relaxing stay.
The villa is surrounded by a large private garden with an evergreen synthetic lawn, ensuring a neat appearance all year round. Flowerbeds and trees add colours, fragrances and shady areas to the garden, while areas of natural lawn complete the setting, creating a harmonious green space perfect for outdoor relaxation.
The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the magnificent private saltwater pool, complete with a shallow beach area that is perfect for children or for those who want to relax in the water. The paved solarium area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, providing the perfect place to enjoy the sun in total relaxation.
Next to the main house there is an outdoor dining area with a shading awning. A large table for 14 people is positioned here, making it ideal for outdoor dining with a view of the pool. A large barbecue nearby allows outdoor cooking in comfort.
Next to the annexe is a pleasant relaxation area with comfortable outdoor sofas and a coffee table, perfect for unwinding or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.
Nearby, the children’s play area is designed to entertain both adults and children, featuring a table tennis table, table football and a charming playhouse set amongst the greenery. There is also a panoramic rocking chair offering a privileged view of the pool — a perfect spot for reading, resting or simply relaxing in total tranquillity.
The property is completely fenced off and accessible via an automatic gate. There is also a private car parking area with a charging station for two electric vehicles.
For the 2027 season, the property will feature an elegant gazebo shading the outdoor dining area.
