The Outside
Villa Luana is located in Val di Noto. It is surrounded by a lush olive grove of 37,000 square metres. On the ground floor there is a spacious terrace with dining table and an equipped outdoor kitchen. In front of the villa there is the wonderful infinity pool with views of the surrounding countryside. A loggia with a corner bar covers part of the pool. On the upper floor there is a magnificent panoramic terrace. The solarium area is paved and equipped with deckchairs for guests' use. Around the pool, the garden features typical Mediterranean plants and a soft green lawn.
There is an outdoor shower in the garden.
Parking is available for cars within the property.

The rental price does not include:
final cleaning € 500,00 (to be paid upon booking); extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 3,00 per person per night (children under 13 years old exempted). Pets are not allowed.

Position
During your stay at Villa Luana you can visit the town of Noto, a Unesco World Heritage Site since 2002. Thanks to its palaces, monuments and unique architecture, it is called the capital of Baroque.
A few kilometres from Noto, there is a small characteristic village. It is Marzamemi, a small seaside town that lies entirely by the sea. Marzamemi is characterised by its small white houses, the scent of the sea and the fishermen's boats. At sunset, the small town lights up in pastel colours and you can enjoy the view of the sun setting over the sea.
From Villa Luana it takes half an hour to reach Syracuse, where you can discover the island of Ortigia. The oldest part of the city of Syracuse, which can be reached by crossing one of the bridges connecting the island to the mainland.
