- cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 30% of the rental price (no refund);
- cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund).

The elegant pool of brand new construction, overlooking the breathtaking landscape characterized by the typical colours of the Marche countryside, is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
At the back of the Villa there is a large area with table and chairs where you can eat in company and enjoy moments of absolute relaxation while admiring the landscape.
