The Interior
The Villa is divided into two buildings and can accommodate up to 24 people in 8 bedrooms.
In the main building, you will find a beautiful living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room with its large wooden table. Two staircases lead up to the first floor consisting of 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of these bedrooms also houses a comfortable sofa bed. Another staircase leads to the ground floor, where a further loving area leads to 2 double bedrooms and to the charming wine cellar perfect for wine tasting.
In the building adjacent to the main one, there are 3 spacious annexes, each with a comfortable loft, private bathroom and double bed. Two of these can also accommodate 2 additional single beds.
The interior design has been carefully crafted to create a luxurious, elegant and glamorous environment combined with the charm of Sicilian style.
Please note: The villa consists of a main building and 3 annexes that will be opened according to the number of guests. No annexe for up to 10 persons. 1 annexe for up to 12 persons. 2 annexes for up to 14 persons. 3 annexes from 15 persons onwards.
The Outside
Villa Irene is a true gem of the hyblean area. Located in the countryside of Modica just 8 km from the city, the villa is in a quiet location and is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden.
The large pool, adjacent to the villa, has a hydro-massage area and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
Outside, near the garden, an ancient stable, completely renovated, houses a second kitchen with a large table suitable for large groups. The large door leading to the outside of the veranda makes the environment particularly bright and lively. At guests’ disposal a big barbecue.
On both sides of the villa, there are verandas equipped with tables and sofas, perfect for eating together and relaxing in the peace of the countryside.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity up to a maximum consumption of 500 kWh per week - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
The rental price does not include:
final cleaning € 500,00 (to be paid upon booking); electricity consumption over consumption of 500 kWh per week: € 0,40/kWh; extra bed (more than 15 people) in August € 700,00 per week - other periods € 560,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 2,00 per person per night (children under 14 years old exempted) (to be paid before arrival by pre-authorization on credit card). Pets are not allowed.

Check-In: from 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Position
A visit to the city of Ragusa, capital of this beautiful region of Sicily, is a must. Particularly fascinating is the Giardino Ibleo, in which there is a terrace overlooking the beautiful panorama of the valley surrounding the historic centre, and from which you can also see, in the distance, the magnificent view of the Ibei mountains. In addition to the countless monuments and buildings to visit, Ragusa is also rich in events, festivals and shows that can be attended at various times of the year, to fully experience this wonderful city.
The surroundings of Modica are also rich in natural areas and points of interest, such as the Cava d'Ispica, which contains evidence from many different eras, from the Sicilian caves dating back to the Bronze Age to the Christian catacombs used in the 5th century AD and the remains of the Byzantine church of S. Pancrati.
For those who want to go to the sea, 30 km from Villa Irene there is the golden beach of Marina di Modica with crystal clear waters and a shallow sandy seabed, suitable for a relaxing holiday for the whole family.
We are also just a few kilometres from the most fascinating villages of the Val di Noto with its splendid late baroque towns included in the Italian UNESCO sites including Caltagirone, Militello Val di Catania, Catania, Modica, Siracusa, Palazzolo, Noto Ragusa and Scicli.
