Villa Torre is an old farmhouse built in 1600 totally restored, which is on three levels.
From the porch (80 sq.m.) you enter the ground floor of the house, with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a side-by-side fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave, open plan lounge and dining room with fireplace and a Satellite Smart TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Climbing a few stairs, you reach a bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together.
An external stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are:
- a living room with a double sofa bed, a fridge, a Satellite Smart TV and an infrared sauna;
- two double bedrooms;
- a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub;
- a bathroom with shower;
- in the tower, a bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together.
All bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV.
The ground floor entrance is shaded by a spacious and panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing, fitted with sofas and armchairs.
Near the entrance on the first floor, a delightful terrace (20 sq.m.) furnished with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts.
The villa is provided with air-conditioning.
Originally intended for drying bricks, retained, after careful restoration, the original vaults and cross vaults and ancient wooden roofs and tiles. Intact, even the old cracks on the walls, which were used to ventilate the characteristic rooms placed on various levels up to the tower. The skilled care in the restoration and the elegance of the interiors, are features of this villa that enjoys an incredible panoramic view.

Outdoor areas

In the garden, the driveway leads down to the heated swimming pool with stunning views over the valley.
The pool has area with 4 hydro-massage seats and, in the main pool, a hydro-massage water cannon for a pleasant neck massage.
The solarium area, paved with brick, is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and sun umbrellas. There also two bathrooms with shower.
In the garden there are bushes and trees of the Mediterranean area.
At guests' disposal also a panoramic binoculars, table tennis and table football.
The property is fully fenced. Cars can easily park on the property, closed by an automatic gate and where there are 3 parking spaces in the shade.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der Villa Torres in Ripatransone! Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft – großzügig geschnitten mit 5 gemütlichen Schlafzimmern, 3 modernen Bädern und einer großen, bestens ausgestatteten Küche, in der es an nichts fehlt. Wir waren mit 8 Personen da und hatten reichlich Platz, sodass jeder sich wohlfühlen konnte.

Die Poollandschaft ist wunderschön angelegt, sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die ruhige Lage macht den Urlaub perfekt – man genießt völlige Erholung und hat gleichzeitig eine tolle Ausgangsbasis, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die herzlichen Hausbesitzer, die uns so freundlich empfangen haben und sich Zeit genommen haben, alles genau zu erklären. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.

Kurz gesagt: Alles war super, toll und perfekt – wir können die Villa Torres uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne.

The welcome upon arrival is very warm, thanks to the extremely friendly owners, Lorella and Gabriele. The house is beautiful and clean, with an exceptionally stunning view over the valley and mountains—both from inside and from a very large covered terrace featuring lounge sofas, a spacious dining table, a BBQ, and a foosball table. The first habitation dates back to the year 800, but it was rebuilt in 1200 and around 1600. It used to be a tile factory, and many houses in Ripatransone still partially feature these tiles. The swimming pool is gorgeous—large, heated, and equipped with sunbeds, chairs, and parasols. It also has two separate indoor showers with toilets and an outdoor shower. There’s even a fridge, so you don’t have to walk back to the house for a refreshment. Gabriele cleans it early every morning. A crib and high chair were also provided, which was very convenient. Another great feature is that the garden surrounding the house is fully enclosed with fences and has a large electric sliding gate for cars. The “covered” parking area accommodates up to three cars. A lovely surprise is the large parasol with four sunbeds, two chairs, and a table on the beach directly by the sea at Gabry Beach in Cupra Marittima. We didn’t use the sauna or indoor jacuzzi. Hopefully, we’ll be able to return here again someday—thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in the villa. Everything was very clean and both owners Lorella and Gabriele were very friendly and helpfull. Although the pool was situated at a lower level than the villa the nuisance was limited because of existing facilities like showers and toilets at the pool.

Our group of 6 - 3 couples in our sixties - stayed at Villa Torre for 6 nights. The location is perched on a hill with a fantastic panoramic view every bit as beautiful as Tuscany. The house was very nice and the owners are the sweetest folks! It was obvious that they were proud of their villa and so glad we were staying there. On the first day we asked for a fan and a bocce set and Gabriele brought them over the next day. It is a five minute drive to a sweet little town where we had dinner twice at a really good restaurant. It's not feasible to walk it through because the road is too busy and there is no path. It's about a thirty minute drive to San Benedetto and Grottamare. We rented bikes and really enjoyed riding up and down the coastal bike paths. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Torre and would definitely stay there again!

This house absolutely deserves it 5 stars rating. With 8 adults we really enjoyed the astonishing views, the pool area is perfect with a fridge, more than enough lounge chairs, showers, sitting options and even two toilets with also shower possibilities. For warm nights there are plenty of AC through the house and sleeping rooms. Also the owners are very kind and helpful, and react right away in case of questions or remarks. In short a top house for a prefect vacation!

Wunderschöne Villa an einem bezaubernden Ort!
Wir waren insgesamt 12 Pers. (Familie mit Eltern, Kindern u. Großeltern) und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Torre! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet sowie hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die weitläufigen Außenanlagen mit den schönen Planzen und Blumen sowie der große, sehr gepflegte Pool - einfach ein Traum! Die Villa ist nicht weit vom Meer und schönen Dörfen entfernt. Der Ausblick war einmalig schön!
Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und das Willkommensgeschenk. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, bis zum nächsten Mal!

The most beautiful place we have ever visited. A breathtaking view, from all angles of a very well renovated house. Combined with a fantastic pool area. And in walking distance of a very nice town you have all the ingredients for a perfect family vacation. We were two families, 11 in total, staying at the house for one week, and even with 7 kids (aged 11 to 19), there were plenty of room for all to have a fantastic time. When you see the description and the pictures, your expectations are very high, I can only say they are beaten by miles when you arrive. The owners greeted us and we felt welcome from the first second. I can only highly recommended this beautiful place.

Unser Traumurlaub, den wir dieses Jahr Mitte September in der wunderschönen Villa Torre verbracht haben, ging viel zu schnell vorbei. Am Anreisetag wurden wir (4 erwachsene Personen) sehr herzlich von den Eigentümern Lorella und Gabriele empfangen. Nach einer kurzen Übergabe und einigen wertvollen Tipps konnte unser zweiwöchiger Urlaub starten. Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der große beheizte Pool ist der Hammer! Die Lage und der herrliche Ausblick sind wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We stayed as a family of 8 (2 adults & 6 children) at Lorella’s and Gabriele’s remarkable Villa in Ripatransone for 3 weeks. The Villa is equipped with everything we needed and was in great condition. The breathtaking view is beyond comparison. A 270 degree view over the fantastic Marche landscape topped by the Monte Sibillini and an unforgettable sunset. The village of Ripatransone invites with its lively Italian life to purchase groceries, having a cornetti in the bar or buying fantastic, homemade pasta to have an easy lunch at the Villa’s pool. Calling it a pool is actually an understatement. Gabriele designed it with a lot of fantasy - jacuzzi section, baby pool, a fountain, table tennis, in and outdoor shower, playing your favorite music, everything is possible. The Villa is easy accessible from the main road from Ripatransone to Grottammare. Beyond having us in their Villa, Lorella and Gabriele helped us with everything instantly - bringing us additional home made olive oil or arranging for us a doctors appointment on a Friday at 8 o’clock in the evening - Nothing was an issue. We’ll keep our 2021 vacation in Italy with lovely hosts in great memory.

Villa Torre è meravigliosa, se si vuole stare isolati e non avere nessun tipo di disturbo è il posto perfetto.E' grande, confortevole e con la piscina ha una marcia in più. I proprietari sono 2 persone gentilissime e molto disponibili, ci siamo trovati proprio benissimo. Per andare al mare bisogna prendere la macchina ma non è stato un problema, in 10 minuti si arriva a Cupra Marittima e in 20 minuti si è a Grottammare. Sicuramente la consiglierò.

This was by far the best rental property that I have ever rented. The pictures on the website are true and accurate. This place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The pool was great, the house was great, the location cant be beat. The owners and the people in town are nice and helpful. The air conditioning was much needed and worked well. Beautiful Marche Villa for a perfect vacation.
We were a group of 4 adults and 6 children and had a wonderful stay at Villa Torre. The house is perfect with the most amazing views. Everything is well thought of and you can feel the love of the owners for their house. There is plenty of space and privacy if you're with 2 families. Airconditioning in the bedrooms is very convenient. The pool and pool area are a dream. The region is wonderful with vineyards andere olive Trees. 20 minutes ride to the sea with lovely beaches. We hardly left the house through and wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1. Would love to go there again!

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und einem Hund vom 07.-21.07.2018 in einem phantastischen Urlaub in der Villa. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Küche voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, bis hin zu Tischdecken und Platzdeckchen. Der Pool ist traumhaft und man kann dort über Lautsprecher Musik hören, während man Tischtennis oder Wasserball spielt (Tischtennisschläger sind vorhanden, weitere Bälle sollte man mitbringen). Leider hat ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster und da das Haus aus einem alten Gemäuer besteht, ist es dort etwas feucht und muffig. Echt schade! Zweiter Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen, die für den stolzen Preis eine bessere Qualität aufweisen sollten. Ansonsten war die Lokation toll. Zu genießen sind auch der Sonnenuntergang beim Abendessen auf der Terrasse oder der Sundowner am Pool und der Sekt am beleuchteten Pool am Abend. Tipp: die Hausbesitzer machen leckeres Olivenöl!

The hosts were most welcoming and helpful in letting us fully concentrate to relaxing and enjoying the superb pool, garden, and patio. The villa was everything and more than described looking over a breathtakingly beautiful hill and mountain view. Despite of having a long, dignified history it was cozy and elegant with modern equipment. We received a lof of helpful hints to famialirize us with the local villages, wineries, restaurants, and other sights in the area. We warmly thank our hosts and recommend this villa to anyone who is looking forward to enjoying the nature and culture of the Marches.

TOP Urlaub
Die Vermieter sowie die Villa sind einfach traumhaft. Jeder Zeit kann man die Vermieter per WahtsApp kontaktieren und so wie wir mit bekommen haben, werden einige Sachen im Winter umgebaut, wie Küche, Pool Abdeckung, Pool Heizung etc. Wir haben uns mit 8 Personen und 2 Hunden, 2 Wochen super Wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hinfahren. Ripatransone ist ein wunderschönes Dörfchen. In der nahen Umgebung sind super viele weitere Ziele wie z.B. Offida. Danke für die 2 wundervollen Wochen!

Beautiful place!
Amazing country house with plenty of space for multiple families. Its location on the hills just below Ripatransone provides a spectacular view of the awesome Italian landcape up to the ocean. The setting sun is breathtaking each and every evening. Owners Gabriele and Lorella are particularly welcoming and friendly. They are stand by if something is needed but respect your privacy completely. The house is clean, well kept, and sufficiently equipped. The pool is beautifully located and big enough for all. We had a wonderful holiday here!

Traumurlaub
Wir (insgesammt 12 Leute), hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Ripatransone. Die Villa Torre ist einfach perfekt, wenn man einen original italienischen Urlaub machen möchte. Die Mauern sind, bis auf den Anbau, 1000 Jahre alt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind stilvoll eingerichtet und das Haus ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Eigentümer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren ständig über WhatsApp für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der hauseigene Pool ist der Knaller! Er hat eine Solardusche, ist beleuchtet, hat einen Kleinkinderbereich und sogar Musik kann man beim Schwimmen hören. Damit man nicht stänig ans Haus laufen muss, gibt es dort sogar 2 Toiletten mit Dusche.. also was will man mehr?! In Ripatransone können wir die Eisdiele, gegenüber der Kirche nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Törtchen, welche der nette Herr dort verkauft, übrigens auch! Lecker! Generell das Essen ist super lecker dort und auch wirkich günstig! Man ist so richtig in Italien - wir haben kaum Touristen gesehen. Das Meer ist ungefähr 15 Min. Autofahrt von der Villa entfernt. Ebenfalls super schön! Das Wasser ist ca. 30 Meter weit so flach, dass kleine Kinder ohne Probleme riesen Spaß haben können. Und das Wasser war (jetzt im August) genial warm. Also wir 12 können die Villa und einen Urlaub in Ripatransone nur jedem emfehlen. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren - und ich bin mir fast sicher, dass wir noch einmal kommen werden!

Wonderful villa, breathtaking views and the sweetest owners!
We've had an absolutely wonderful stay in Villa Torre. The house was lovely and beautifully decorated. The entire property is gorgeous. A walkway surrounded by flowers leads down to the pool - which by the way is fantastic. The panoramic views and the sunsets are breathtaking. The owners were so sweet, welcoming and helpful. Thank you Lorella and Gabriele. We would love to return sometime!

We had such a nice and relaxing holiday
The hosts were most welcoming and helpful in letting us fully concentrate to relaxing and enjoying the superb pool, garden, and patio. The villa was everything and more than described looking over a breathtakingly beautiful hill and mountain view. Despite of having a long, dignified history it was cozy and elegant with modern equipment. We received a lof of helpful hints to famialirize us with the local villages, wineries, restaurants, and other sights in the area. We warmly thank our hosts and recommend this villa to anyone who is looking forward to enjoying the nature and culture of the Marches. We had such a nice and relaxing holiday and enjoyed everything very much - thank you for lettings us taste your olive oil and the blackberries! The wifi and pool sound system were also especially nice!

Marvelous views, great pool!
We spent a lovely week in this location. Everything was as described, the views & pool especially great. A nice added bonus was the binoculars that you could use to look at the valley, the mountains, moon & stars. I recommend this place.

Toller Urlaub, schönes Ferienhaus in Ripatransone
Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, von welchem man eine wundervolle Aussicht über die Landschaft hat. Es befindet sich in einem hervorragenden, sauberen Zustand und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Während der gesamten zwei Wochen die wir dort verbracht haben, waren sie, nach vorheriger Absprache, regelmäßig wegen der Instandhaltung der Pool- und Gartenanlage am Haus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. In Ripatransone gab es diverse Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf, sowie einige, kleine Restaurants. Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind nur schweren Herzens wieder nach Hause gefahren. Einem weiteren Urlaub in der Villa Torre steht nichts entgegen!

È stata un`esperienza molto positiva. La casa, la locazione,, i proprietari, la piscina: fantastico. Le foto che avete sul sito non mentono; il posto è veramente così. I proprietari sono molto disponibili, gentili Noi eravamo in 10 e c`era posto per tutti! Cenare fuori sotto il portico guardando il panorama e il tramonto era da cartolina

I will certainly recomment it to my friends!
We just returned from our holidays and I can confirm we had a splendid and excellent stay in Villa Torre! Although being a bit suspicious upfront (you probably noticed it in my previous mail as I couldn’t find any reviews on the internet), we were welcomed very open and warm by Lorella and Gabriele! We found out being one of the first customers to stay at Villa Torre, which we really enjoyed. Clean house, nice open space outside with briljant view over the region and superb pool. Also the location at Ripatransone was excellent! I will certainly recomment it to my friends! Many thanks to your service and on a next occasion, I will certainly look again at the offers of ItalyHolidayRentals!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Torre very much.
The owners are very friendly and most helpful, the house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The view is stunning. The pool is large and the pool area very nice. The garden is big and also nice. Since we have a dog, we appreciated the fence all around the garden. I can tell you that we (4 grown-ups and 5 children) had a very relaxed, perfect holiday. A big THANK YOU to Lorella and Gabriele - maybe we will come back next year!
